Privacy Policy

This policy explains how NorthSide Staffing, LLC handles information submitted through this website. It is written in plain language and describes our current practices.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

  • Job seeker form: first and last name, email address, phone number, preferred work category, availability, an optional short message, and an optional resume file.
  • Employer form: contact name, company name, business email, business phone, staffing category, approximate number of workers, desired start timing, and a description of your needs.
  • Contact form: name, email, optional phone, inquiry type, and your message.
  • Basic technical data: we store a one-way hashed value derived from the submitting network address purely to limit abuse and duplicate submissions. We do not store the raw address alongside your submission.

What we never ask for here

This website is a recruiting and business-inquiry channel only. It is not our secure employment-onboarding channel. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank or payment information, driver's license numbers, immigration or identity documents, medical or disability information, criminal history, or protected-class information through this site. If any of that information is required later in a hiring process, it is collected separately through a different, appropriate process after direct contact.

Why we use it

We use submitted information to evaluate potential fit for staffing opportunities, to respond to employer staffing requests, and to answer general inquiries. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising profiling.

Who can see it

Submissions are stored in a private database that is not readable by website visitors and is not exposed through any public interface. Resume files are stored in private storage with no public link. Access is limited to authorized NorthSide personnel and to service providers who host our website and database on our behalf. We may share information when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep website submissions and resume files only as long as they remain useful for recruiting purposes. Our current internal retention target for resume files is 365 days from submission. That target is a configuration setting we work toward during internal review, not a statutory period and not an automated guarantee, and it may be adjusted. You may ask us to delete your submitted information at any time by contacting us by email at Sophia@northsidestaffing.com.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect submissions, including private storage, server-side validation, restricted database access, and transport encryption. No website or system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, and we make no claim of perfect security. We do not claim HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, or any other certification or formal compliance attestation.

Fees

NorthSide Staffing does not charge job seekers a fee for placement. We will never request payment from a candidate as a condition of consideration.

Equal opportunity

NorthSide Staffing considers candidates on the basis of qualifications, availability, and fit for the work. It is our practice not to make recruiting or placement decisions based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or other characteristics protected by applicable law. This statement describes our practice and is not a legal certification or determination.

Children

This website is intended for adults seeking employment or staffing services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as our practices change. The version shown here is the current one.
